Key Responsibilities: Sector Leadership: Translate CIO assignments into actionable tasks for Analysts. Portfolio Management: Execute orders in the paper trading account; manage capital allocation and risk within their sector. Quality Assurance: Review and "clean" all DCF models, research papers, and bi-weekly presentations before they are finalized. The "In-Office" Coach: Act as the primary technical resource during workshops—troubleshooting formulas, guiding screening criteria, and teaching Analysts "what to look for" in a 10-K. Performance Tracking: Maintain a log of analyst contributions and report "Alpha-generators" or underperformers to the CIO. Requirements: High technical proficiency. Proven ability to manage a team and meet tight deadlines.
